His early career was with Building Societies in the UK before spending a number of years at Santander London in the Private Banking Division. Charlie joined deVere in 2016 and spent 3 years working in the Qatar office as a Wealth Manager before making the move to New Zealand in 2019.

Reece Fallaize is the Financial Adviser at deVere New Zealand. Guernsey born, he worked in well-known companies such as Lloyds TSB and Sovereign Group, before joining deVere Group in 2012. He then moved to multiple countries before arriving in New Zealand in 2017 to open and run the deVere New Zealand office. Reece is a successful and highly experienced Financial Advisor and has extensive knowledge about UK pensions, retirement planning, and UK taxation. This has been instrumental in turning deVere New Zealand into a well-established Financial Advisory firm in New Zealand.

This ignited his passion for Financial Services, which led him to join deVere’s Trainee Wealth Advisor programme in 2017. Since then, he completed his training over 4 years and across 3 continents, finishing by putting roots down in Auckland.

Now a specialist in UK Pensions and KiwiSaver, Chris couples diverse experience in both the International and New Zealand financial markets with his gregarious can-do attitude, to ensure his clients always receive 1st class service with a smile. Away from the office, Chris tries to emulate Tiger Woods and Rafael Nadal during the Summer months, and keep the hamstrings suitably stretched through the Winter months to play football.
